WILL CONDUCT THE 21ST DECENNIAL CENSUS. ONCE THE DATA IS COLLECTED
AN EDITED, BUT BEFORE IT IS PUBLISHED, POLITICAL JURISDICTIONS AND
RELATE BOUNDARIES MUST BE ASSIGNED THE CORRECT TABULATION CODES. IN
ADDITION, THIS PROCEDURE PERMITS THE ASSIGNING OF CORRECT
TABULATION CODES FOR JURISDICTIONS THAT CHANGED DURING 1989.
WITHOUT THIS PROCEDURE, THE ACCURACY AND USEFULNESS OF PUBLISHED
1990 DECENNIAL
