Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS NEEDED FOR THE SECRETARY TO DETERMINE THOSE ACCREDITING AGENCIES THAT ARE RELIABLE AUTHORITIES CONCERNING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION OR TRAINING OFFERED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OR PROGRAMS THAT THEY ACCREDIT.
