Abstract: FORM WILL BE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION TO GIVE DIRECT COMPARISONS BETWEEN TWO STATISTICAL SERIES WHICH CURRENTLY DISPLAY SIGNIFICANT DISCREPANCIES. THE RESPONDENTS WILL BE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS REPORTING IN ONE OF THE SERIES. THE COLLECTED INFORMATION WILL GIVE US A BASIS FOR MATCHING DIRECTLY INTO THE DETAILED RECORDS IN THE OTHER SERIES.
