Abstract: STUDY MANDATED BY CONGRESS (P.L. 99-51, SECTION 416) TO EVALUATE RSVP AND SCP FAMILY CAREGIVER PROGRAMS WHICH PROVIDE, THROUGH VOLUNTEERS, RESPITE SERVICES TO FAMILIES CARING FOR FRAIL OR DISABLED RELATIVES.
