Abstract: THIS REPORTING REQUIREMENT ALLOWS EXPORT ADMINISTRATION TO CONSIDER GRANTING AN EXCEPTION TO THE REQUIREMENT FOR SUBMISSIONS OF IMPORT LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR AUTHORIZATIONS WITH APPLICATIONS FOR EXPO LICENSES TO CERTAIN SPECIFIED DESTINATIONS WHEN GRANTING AN EXCEPTION WILL NOT BE CONTRARY TO THE EXPORT CONTROL PROGRAM.
