Abstract: THIS ADJUSTMENT IS NECESSARY TO CAPTURE THAT BURDEN ASSOCIATED WITH TAR CLAUSE 1252.245-70, GOVERNMENT PROPERTY RECORDS. THE CLAUSE REQUIRES CONTRACTORS TO SUBMIT A YEARLY REPORT LISTING ALL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY UNDER THE CONTRACT. THE CLAUSE IS INCLUDED IN ALL CONTRACTS WHICH INCLUDE EITHER FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION CLAUSE 52.245-2 OR 52.245-5, GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (FIXED PRICE CONTRACTS) OR GOVERNMENT
