VERY LITTLE EXISTS ON EFFECTIV
PRACTICES FOR PROMOTING MIGRANT STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT. THE GOAL OF
THIS STUDY IS TO IDENTIFY SUCH PRACTICES IN 15-20 MIGRANT EDUCATION
PROJECT AND TO PREPARE A HANDBOOK FOR STATE AND LOCAL MIGRANT
EDUCATORS WHICH DESCRIBES THESE PRACTICES AND HOW TO REPLICATE
THEM.
