1. The inspection report and the application form are only approved
for use through October 1988, pending recognition of private
certifying bodies. 2. Questions E-30 on the inspection report on
length of employment is not approved as it is unnecessary and Q's
E-63-67 should be revised to apply only to drug testing or should
be deleted, and 3. Questions 4 and 5 on page 6 of the application
and Question 7 on page 16 are not approved as they are
unnecessary.
