Abstract: THE RCWP REGULATION SET FORTH BASIC POLICY PROGRAM PROVISIONS AND ELIGIBILITY RQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF RCWP. THE RCWP-1 IS USED IN DETERMINING NEE AND ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS TO OBTAIN RCWP ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE AGRICULTURAL-RELATED WATER QUALITY PROBLEMS ON THEIR FARMS.
