under the following terms and conditions: (1) the Department will
not require that the report be submitted more frequently than
annually, and (2) the Department may require that States break out
the data in a monthly format.

SECTION 570.52 DECLARES THE OCCUPATION
OF MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER TO BE HAZARDOUS FOR 16 AND 17-YEAR OLDS.
UPON APPLICATION BY A STATE, AN EXEMPTION MAY BE GRANTED TO PERMIT
SUCH MINORS TO DRIVE SCHOOL BUSES. THE DATA PROVIDED ANNUALLY ON
FORM WH-374 IS USED TO EVALUATE WHETHER AN EXEMPTION IS
WARRANTED.
