REGISTERED OPEN END MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT COMPANIES THAT MAY REDEEM
ITS SECURITIES IN KIND TO ELECT TO COMMIT TO MAKE LIMITED CASH
REDEMPTIONS WITHOUT VIOLATING SECTION 18F(1) OF THE INVESTMENT
COMPANY ACT OF 1940.
