THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO INSURE
AND EVALUATE THE SAFETY AND SOUNDENESS AND TO IDENTIFY TRENDS
CONCERNING THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF REGIONAL NATIONAL BANKS. IT
IS A PILOT PROGRAM. THIS VOLUNTARY INFORMATION COLLECTION IS SENT
TO THE 20 LARGEST REGIONAL BANKING COMPANIES IN OCC'S NORTHEASTERN
DISTRICT.
