In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320 the Retail Price
Schedule is approved thru March 30, 1988. Upon application for
renewed clearance in March 1988, State shall submit a report that:
1) demonstrate that the State Department has taken every reasonable
step to ensure that the Retail Price Schedule is the least
burdensome necessary for the proper performance of the agency, 2)
justifies that each item in the Retail Price Schedule has practical
utility and is necessary for the program's objectives, 3) justifies
the need for quarterly information collections in some cases, and
4) recommends future changes to minimize the burden on respondents
and maximize the usefulness of the information collection.
