March 31, 1988. When the collection is resubmitted, ITA must
carefully justify, in greater detail, the practical utlity of the
requested information. In particular, ITA must explain how the
Trade Adjustment Assistance program operates, what changes have
been made to the program over the last three years, and how the
agency uses the information collected to make eligibility
determinations.
