Abstract: FIFRA, SEC. 29 REQUIRES THAT AN ANNUAL REPORT ON CONDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS (REGISTRATIONS FOR WHICH THE SUBMISSION OF SOME SUPPORTING DATA HAS BEEN DEFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE BE SUPPLIED TO MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO MONITOR THE CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM. EPA OBTAINS PESTICIDE PRODUCTION DATA NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE REPORT THROUGH THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION.
