THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASSIST
RECIPIENTS OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND THE VA IN ENSURING
NONDISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAP IN FEDERALLY ASSISTED
PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES. IT WILL BE USE BY RECIPIENTS AND THE VA TO
EVALUATE COMPLIANCE WITH 29 U.S.C. 794 AND IMPLEMENTING
REGULATIONS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
