PROGRAMS WHO ARE SUBJECT TO AFHM REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED TO
IDENTIFY SUCCESSFUL AND UNSUCCESSFUL MARKETING STRATEGIES. THESE
DATA WILL HELP THE DEPARTMENT TO FOCUS MONITORING AND ASSESS AND
MODIFY, IF NECESSARY, POLICY GUIDELINES TO SPONSORS AND DEVELOPERS
ON IMPLEMENTING AFHM REQUIREMENTS.
