HOME IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE STUDY TO DETERMINE WHETHER
THE MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME OR WITHIN 30 DAYS, WHETHER
NOTICE OF DELAY WAS RECEIVED, AND WHETHER CONSUMERS WERE GIVEN AN
OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL WHEN MERCHANDISE WAS DELAYED OR NOT
DELIVERED.
