This ICR is
cleared for three years under the following terms: 1) If the
revised CSF form is developed and OMB approved before this ICR
expires, it shall be put into use to immediately reduce burden. 2)
EPA shall make every attempt to quickly complete the Pesticide
Document Management System (PDMS) and provide OMB annual reports
outlining progress, efforts to help applicants use PDMS, burden
reductions acheived, and reduced review time by OPP. 3) EPA shall
submit within 3 months a detailed summary of the program change
decrease and adjustments outlined briefly in this ICR. If the
justification for the changes are not adequate, OMB will request
OPP t resubmit this ICR for additional review and consideration. 4)
All pages of the "data matrix" form need an OMB # and expiration
date if they are filled out by registrants.

PESTICIDE MUST APPLY FOR REGISTRATION
BY SUBMITTING VARIOUS FORMS AND DATA RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION,
IDENTIFY, LABELING, SAFETY, AND SOMETIMES EFFICACY OF THE PRODUCT.
EPA MUST THEN DETERMINE IF THE PESTICIDE PRODUCT COMPLIES WITH THE
REQUIREMENTS OF FIFRA AND THE REGULATIONS.
