INVENTORY SO AS TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IDENTIFICATION OF GEOGRAPHIC
AREAS FOR THE DECENNIAL AND ECONOMIC CENSUS, OTHER STATISTICAL
PROGRAMS OF THE CENSUS BUREAU, AND LEGISLATIVE PROGRAMS OF THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. RESPONDENTS ARE COUNTY, MINOR CIVIL DIVISION,
AND MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS.
