INSURED STATE NONMEMBER BANKS AND THRIFTS TO PROVIDE BASIC
INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES TO SHAREHOLDERS, BORROWERS, DEPOSITORS
AND OTHERS TO WHOM THEY OFFER BANKING SERVICES.
