THIS RESUBMISSION SHOULD INCLUDE A SUMMARY OF ALL PUBLIC COMMENTS RECEIVED BY THE FDIC ON THE PROPOSED INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS AND AN EXPLANATION OF THE ESTIMATE OF BURDEN HOURS PER BANK AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FDIC'S AND OCC'S BURDEN PER BANK ESTIMATE.
