This information
collection request is disapproved because the Department of the
Interior has failed to supply information demonstrating that this
collection is the least burdensome necessary to meet the agency's
objectives. Specifically, on June 4 the Department stated it would
supply information supporting a 10% threshold for reporting part
ownership (see section 778.13(c)(2) as proposed at 52 FR 20035). To
date we have not received this information. Review of this request
can be completed when this information is received.
