MODIFIED/RECONSTRUCTED POLYMER MANUFACTURING FACILITIES TO MAKE
REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TO KEEP RECORDS. EXCESS EMISSION
REPORTS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATOR SEMIANNUALLY. THE
REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BEST
DEMONSTRATED TECHNOLOGIES ARE INSTALLED AND PROPERLY OPERATED AND
MAINTAINED.
