Abstract: S EFFECTS POSSESSIONS, VESSEL CARRIER' THE CF-1304 IS THE ONLY FORM AVAILABLE TO COLLECT A LIST OF CREW'S EFFECTS THAT ARE ACCOMPANYING THEM ON THE TRIP, WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE MANIFESTED, AND IS THE ONLY FORM THE MASTER OF THE VESSEL CAN ATTEST TO THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE MERCHANDISE BEING CARRIED ON BOARD THE VESSEL AS CREW'S EFFECTS.
