Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT A STATUTORILY REQUIRED REPORT TO CONGRESS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT OF 1984 AND TO ASSURE GRANTEES' COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY CRITERIA. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF UP TO 56 STATE AN TERRITORIAL CRIM VICTIM ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
