THEY ARE GRANTEES, I.E., CITIES, BUT THIS IS NOT CLEAR IN THE
SUPPORTING STATEMENT) AND (2) PROVIDE OMB WITH THE OMB CLEARANCE
NUMBERS FOR THE REQUIREMENTS IN THIS REGULATION CONCERNING NOTICES,
INSPECTIONS, AND CERTIFICATIONS. THESE CONDITIONS ARE NECESSARY TO
ENSURE THAT THE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION COMPORTS WITH THE

THE INSPECTION REPORTS FOR HUD ASSISTED HOUSING UNITS WHERE
LEAD-BASED HAZARDS ARE FOUND AND TREATED DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF A
CHILD UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE WITH AN ELEVATED BLOOD LEAD
LEVEL.
