report on the feasibility of providing the option of reporting some
of the informaion requirements in the application and annual, and
quarterly reports using electronic media, 2)the supporting
statement for the SF83 will make it clear that the annual letter
and application are cleared in this docket, 3) FMS will review all
collections included in either the application or renewall process
to ensure that all collections initiated or specified by FMS have
been assigned OMB burden hours, 4) collections will be listed
separately fo applications, annual reports, and quarterly reports,
and show the titl form number, originator of the form or
requirement, burden, and OMB docket charged with the burden, and 5)
FMS will revise the application letter to clarify the reason for
inclusion of the annual renewal letter. In addition, item 22 on the
SF 83 should be revised to indica that boxes 1 and 4 apply.
