Abstract: SECTION 76.66 REQUIRES THAT CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS OPERATORS PROVIDE WRITTEN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS TO EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS WHO CHOOSE TO INSTALL THEIR OWN INPUT SELECTOR SWITCHES RATHER THAN HAVING THE CABLE SYSTEM OPERATORS MAKE THE INSTALLATION. THE INSTRUCTIONS WILL ENABLE SUBSCRIBERS TO PROPERLY INSTALL THE SWITCHES.
