8, "Parents Questions," is deleted. 6. the "Batboys/girls
Questions" is revised to add a question on "what is the worst thing
that happened to you as a batboy/girl?" 7. number 6, "School
Questions," is deleted. 8. number 9, "School Questions," is revised
to include positive or negative experience.

TEAMS, BA BOYS/GIRLS, FAMILY MEMBERS, SCHOOL OFFICIALS, POLICE
DEPARTMENTS, ETC. WILL BE CONTACTED IN THE DATA GENERATION
PROCESS.
