Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED TO MEET THE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OF SECTION 515 OF P.L. 95-87 AND ARE APPLICABLE DURING THE INITIAL REGULATORY PROGRAM. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY OSMRE IN MEASURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS UNTIL PERMANENT PROGRAMS ARE IN FULL EFFECT IN THE STATES.
