l988. This clearance period is allow USTTA to institute its survey
and review its performance. When this survey is resubmitted, the
TTA must have conducted a formal review of the survey's performance
and utility, and must submit this review with the clearance
request. TTA is also reminded that the former conditions of
clearance- a high response rate, a short suvey, and coordination
with BEA- continue to apply.

CONSISTS OF INTERNATIONAL AIR PASSENGERS WHO ARE TRAVELING ON
PARTICIPATING AIRLINES AND WHOSE TRIPS ORIGINATE IN THE UNITED STAT
OR INCLUDE THE UNITED STATES IN THEIR ITINERARIES.
