Abstract: ON RESERVATIONS WHERE THE VOLUME OF TIMBER AVAILABLE FOR CUTTING IS IN EXCESS OF THAT WHICH IS BEING DEVELOPED BY THE INDIANS, OPEN MARKET SALES OF INDIAN TIMBER BY THE BUREAU IS AUTHORIZED BY LAW.
