Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS PLANNING TO CONDUCT A FULL-SCALE POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS IN 1987. CONVENTIONAL CENSUS PROCEDURES ARE NECESSARY TO ENUMERATE RURAL AND SPARSELY POPULATED AREAS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE RESIDENTS OF RURAL AREAS LOCATED IN TEN COUNTIES OF NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.
