REFER TO ANY ENDORSEMENTS RECEIVED IN INTRODUCTORY LETTERS TO
PARTICIPANTS. ANY SUCH REFERENCES MUST BE REVIEWED BY RTI TO ENSURE
THAT THEY WILL NOT INTRODUCE ANY BIAS INTO THE STUDY DESIGN. 2. AS
PREVIOUSLY AGREED, VA WILL REFER TO THE STUDY AS THE NATIONAL
VIETNAM READJUSTMENT SURVEY IN ALL REPORTS, LETTERS AND OTHER
COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE PUBLIC AND CONGRESS. 3. VA WILL PROVIDE OMB
WITH WAVE 1 AND SUBSEQUENT RESULTS AS SOON AS THEY BECOME
AVAILABLE. 4. OMB WILL NOT IMPOSE CONDITIONS ON REMUNERATION OF
VETERANS IN THE STUDY BECAUSE OF THE DURATION OF QUESTIONING AND
SENSITIVITY OF QUESTIONS.
