The revision to
this paperwork package is approved and will take effec on the
effective date of DOL's final rule to lift the ban against homework
in the six remaining restricted industries. Unless DOL changes
these notification requirements as a result of comments on the
NPRM, at the time the final rule is issued, DOL should only submit
an inventory correction worksheet to account for the burden hour
increase.
