Abstract: THIS FORM WILL COLLECT SOME BASIC INFORMATION (NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHON NUMBER, ZYGOSITY DETERMINATION, HEALTH STATUS) ON MALE-MALE TWINS BORN 1939-1953 WHO ARE CONCORDANT ON MILITARY SERVICE DURING THE VIETNAM WAR. A TWIN REGISTER WILL BE DEVELOPED THAT WILL BE A RESOURCE FOR THE VIETNAM EXPERIENCE TWIN STUDY.
