THE CERTIFICATION OF COMMERCIAL
PRICING CLAUSE REQUIERES POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS UNDER CERTAIN
FEDERAL CONTRACTS TO CERTIFY THAT PRICES ARE NO HIGHER THAN THE
LOWEST AGREED TO SALES PRICE WITH ANY OTHER CUSTOMER OR TO IDENTIFY
AND JUSTIFY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. THE CONTRACTORS' NORMAL SALES
DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED TO BE RETAINED FOR GOVERNMENT AUDIT. THIS
INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY PUB. L. 98-525
