SECTION 202, P.L. 99-234, REQUIRES
OFPP TO STUDY CONTRACTOR RELOCATION COST AND ADVISE CONGRESS IF
FURTHER CONTROLS SHOULD BE PLACED ON SUCH COST. IN ORDER TO COMPLY
WITH THIS STATUTORY REQUIREMENT, OFPP NEEDS TO ASCERTAIN THE
CURRENT MAGNITUDE OF CONTRACTORS' RELOCATION COST. THE PROPOSED
METHOD FOR DOING THIS IS TO SURVEY THE 50 LARGEST GOVERNMENT
CONTRACTORS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
