MANUFACTURERS (EXCEPT SMALL
MANUFACTURERS) OF A REPORTABLE SUBSTANCE WILL REPORT CURRENT
PRODUCTION VOLUME AND PLANT SITE DATA. AFTER THE INITIAL REPORTING,
REPORTING WILL BE REQUIRED, BIENNIALLY, ONLY WHEN THERE ARE MAJOR
CHANGES IN PRODUCTION AND SITE. EPA WILL USE THE DATA TO SUPPORT
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT
(TSCA).

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
