Abstract: ATF F 3072(5210.14) IS USED TO DOCUMENT THE SHIPMENT OF TAXABLE TOBACC PRODUCTS BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. FROM PUERTO RICO IN BOND. THE FORM DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT, WHICH IS ALLOWD WHEN MADE TO A BONDED LICENSEE IN THE U.S. THE FORM DOCUMENTS CERTIFICATION BY U.S. CUSTOMS THAT SHIPMENT WAS BROUGHT INTO THE U.S. AND ACCOUNTS FOR TAX LIABILITY AND ANY ADJUSTMENTS ASSESSED TO THE BONDED LICENSEE.
