150 WOULD ELIMINATE REQUIREMENTS FOR LARGE-QUANTITY AGREEMENT-STATE
SOURCE MATERIAL LICENSEES TO SUBMIT INVENTORY REPORTS TO NRC.
INSTEAD, LICENSEES POSSESSING FOREIGN-ORIGI SOURCE MATERIAL WOULD
BE REQUIRED TO VERIFY AN INVENTORY REPORT SENT T THEM BY NRC, AND
WOULD ONLY RESPOND IF CHANGES ARE REQUIRED.
