DATA ON OUTCOMES OF PARTICIPANTS AND
ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS IN THE PROPOSED HOUSING VOUCHER DEMONSTRATION
ARE NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE VOUCHER PROGRAM. THOSE AFFECTED WILL BE
PROGRAM APPLICANTS AND LOCAL PHA STAFF WHO WILL RECORD AND TRANSMIT
THE DATA TO HUD. PHA'S WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS INCURRED
REGARDING THE DATA.
