Abstract: THIS LETTER WILL BE USED TO COLLECT DATA THAT WILL AID IN DETERMINING IF AN OJT CONTRACTOR IS ELIGIBLE FOR CONTRACT MODIFICATION BEYOND TWO YEARS. DATA COLLECTED WILL CONCERN THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPANSION OF BUSINESS FOR THE PAST TWO YERS, NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL TRAINEES NEEDED AND HOW MANY TRAINEES, WHO HAVE COMPLETED TRAINING, HAS THE CONTRACTOR EMPLOYED OR ASSISTED IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT ELSEWHERE.
