Abstract: THIS PERFORMANCE REPORT IS NEEDED TO ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT MONITOR THE STATE'S ADMINISTRATION OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION STATE GRANTS. THIS REPORT WILL ALSO PROVIDE INFORMATION NEEDED BY THE CONGRESS TO ASSESS THE USES OF THE FUNDS AND THEIR IMPACT ON YOUTH AND ADULTS.
