ESTIMATES AND BECAUSE THE PROPOSED REVISIONS ARE GLOBAL,
CONTROVERSIAL AND TENTATIVE IN NATURE, ANY POTENTIAL PROGRAM
CHANGES RESULTING IN INCREASES OR DECREASES IN THE INFORMATION
BURDEN WILL NOT BE ASSESSED UNTIL THE FINAL RULES ARE ISSUED AND

DATA TO DETERMINE TH WELL AND RESERVOIR INVOLVED IN A REQUEST FOR A
MAXIMUM PRODUCTION RATE TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM DAILY RATE AT
WHICH OIL AND GAS MAY BE PRODUCED FROM A SPECIFIC WELL
COMPLETION.
