Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTE WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY THE MEMBER WHOSE PAY WILL BE REDUCED BY THE SUPPORT ALLOTMENT AND TO ESTABLISH PAYMENT. THE REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT SECTION 172 OF P.L. 97-248. DUE TO THE MINIMAL INFORMATION COLLECTION GIVE RESPONDENTS THE MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY. STANDARD FORMS WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RESPONDENTS WITH MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY.
