Abstract: ERA-424D COLLECTS DATA NECESSARY FOR THE ECONOMIC REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION TO IDENTIFY WHICH OF THE ALLOWED EXPENSES PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ON THE MONTHLY PROJECT REPORT, ERA-424C, WERE PREPAID EXPENSES. DATA ARE USED TO MONITOR AND IF NECESSARY AUDIT PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS FOR COMPLIANCE. RESPONDENTS ARE OPERATORS OF ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY PROJECTS.
