The supporting statement for OPIC 71 - Project Information Report
was indequate. The submission should indicate how, and by whom and
for what purpose the information is to be used and describe efforts
to consult with persons outside the agency to obtain their views on
the proposed information collection. OPIC should revise the
supporting statement in accordance with Standard Form 83A -
Instructions for Standard Form 83 -Request for OMB Review and
resubmit entire package.
