Approval is for
requirement to retain written consent of a broadcast station when
rebroadcasting its transmission (Section 73.1207(b)). FCC has
eliminated recordkeeping and reporting requirements for rebroadcast
of messages from non-broadcast stations.

LICENSEE OBTAIN WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE MESSAGE ORIGINATOR
BEFORE TRANSMITTING ONE OF THEIR PROGRAMS. A COPY MUST BE
MAINTAINED IN LICENSEE'S FILE. RETENTION OF THIS COPY ASSURES THE
COMMISSION THAT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WAS OBTAINED FROM THE
ORIGINATOR OF THE MESSAGE.
