IN ORDER TO ENSURE WORKPLACE SAFETY IT
IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYER TO ESTABLISH AND FOLLOW A
PROGRAM OF REGULAR INSPECTIONS OF POWER PRESSES AND FORGOING
MACHINES. THE PARTS, EQUIPMENT AND SAFE GUARDS MUST BE IN A SAFE
OPERATING CONDITION. THE EMPLOYER SHALL MAINTAIN RECORDS OF THESE
INSPECTIONS AND THE MAINTENANCE WORK PERFORMED.
